Banqueting Supervisor
Average number of hours-30 per week, on a weekly rota, includes evenings and weekends.
Main duties to include
working in the hospitality lounges for WAFC and WRLFC, as well as non match day events such as Weddings, party nights, conferences etc, you will be responsible for the set up, service and cleanliness of work areas, as well as supervision of Waiting staff, dealing directly face to face with customers and organisers, ensuring that all there individual requirements are being met.
Excellent position for someone looking to further their career in the hospitality industry, must have previous supervisor experience in a large scale banqueting establishment.
Wage exceeds national minimum wage, to be discussed at interview stage.

BANQUETING CHEF DE PARTIE
Chef de partie required to work with the banqueting team at the DW Stadium. You would be required to work five days out of seven on a rota basis, according to the weekly business, including evenings and weekends. Straight shifts only. The banqueting team provide hospitality for WRLFC and WAFC match days and all non match day events such as weddings, party night’s etc up to 400 covers. The kitchen operates on a cook chill system where a strong emphasis on Health & hygiene exists. Procedure and documentation are paramount. Must have understanding of HACCP The successful Candidate must have previous experience in a high volume environment with formal qualifications to suit.
